Payment Information

Depending on the service, Square may process information as a service provider to Sports Addict or for its own business purposes. Questions concerning information independently maintained by Square may need to be submitted directly to Square.

6. LOYALTY PROGRAM

If you enroll in a Sports Addict loyalty or rewards program, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, purchase history, reward activity and related account information. We use this information to operate the program, calculate rewards, provide account notices, prevent misuse and communicate with you as permitted by law. Participation is voluntary.

7. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS

If you choose to receive promotional emails or text messages, we may use your contact information to send product announcements, offers and store updates. You may unsubscribe through the link in a promotional email. Where text messaging is offered, you may opt out by replying STOP.

Opting out of marketing will not prevent transactional messages such as order confirmations, pickup notices, shipping updates, account-security messages or replies to your requests.
