ORDER PLACED
After you complete checkout and select store pickup, your order is sent directly to Sports Addict for preparation.
FIRST CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email or text confirming that your pickup order was placed successfully. This message means we received the order—it does not mean the order is ready yet.
WE PREPARE YOUR ORDER
Orders placed during business hours may be ready within 10 minutes. Orders placed after business hours may be ready within 10 minutes after the store opens the following day.
READY FOR PICKUP
We will send another confirmation when your order is ready. Please wait for this ready-for-pickup confirmation before heading to the store.
WAIT FOR THE “READY” MESSAGE
The initial order confirmation only tells you that your order was received. Please do not travel to the store until you receive the separate email or text confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
Our team will begin preparing your order right away. Preparation time can vary depending on store activity and order size.
Your order may be ready within 10 minutes after the store opens. Watch for the ready confirmation before visiting.
